JOB SUMMARY:

Effectively and efficiently oversee rental car responsibilities as well as answer calls and set appointments. Requires good time management and organizational skills.

• Consistently monitor and manage the up keep of your fleet by running the proper reports, manage your due backs and over dues, completing routine maintenance and coordinate the repair of damages.
• Verify and maintain reservation manifest on a daily basis.
• Verify and monitor contract edits, contract re-writes for long term rentals, and proper and timely vehicle inspections.
• Facilitate and manage the revenue reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular and timely basis to ensure the Account Department has all necessary and accurate documentation.
• Must be able to perform all duties required of the Customer Service Representative position
• May perform related clerical work and complete special clerical projects as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing appointment calls.
